The Indies Unit

The Indies Unit is just steps from the beach. This one-room efficiency has tropical tiled floors, rich Caribbean furniture, and a flat-screen TV. It has a king-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, spa for two, and a separate shower stall. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, half-size refrigerator, and 2-burner stovetop. The living room/dining area features a full-size sleeper sofa, a private ocean-view balcony, a common-use walkway balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, two-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. It Includes dishes, silverware, cups, and glasses for six guests.

The Caicos Unit
