Condominium Smoking Policies:
1)   No smoking in condos, public interior / exterior hallways or on the balconies.  Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking will be subject to a minimum fine of $250.00.
2)  Guests who wish to smoke must do so along Buttercup and Morning Glory Avenues or on the bike path.
3)  Smoking is not permitted in the pool area – Guests who wish to smoke must use the ave. mentioned above or on bike path. 

Security Deposit 

A $750 security hold will be put on all condominium reservations upon check-in.  This will be released the day after check-out after our head housekeeper has checked your condominium.

Check in / Check out

Check-in is 3:00 PM or after.  Check-out is prior to 10:00 AM.  Please inform us if you will be checking in later than 10:00 PM.  You are welcome to use our facilities after check-out, however cars must be removed from our parking lot no later than 12 noon.

Extra Person Fee

Extra Adult (20 & older) - $24 Per Night. Teenagers (15 - 19 years old) - $14 Per Night. Children 14 years of age and younger are free.

Nightly Room Rate / Minimum Stay Requirements

Published nightly room rates can change at anytime depending upon availability. Please add a 21.38% NJ State, condominium tax / service fee to all published nightly room rates. In-season (June thru August) and some Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day & Firemen's weekend) have a 3 night minimum. Rental minimums vary depending on availability and time of the season.  

How Can I Pay My Balance?

Balance is due upon arrival and is payable with cash (dollar), traveler’s checks, certified bank checks or money order.  We also except the following credit cards; Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.  We are sorry but we do not accept American Express or personal checks upon check in.

Deposit Needed

Upon making a reservation a single nights deposit is required for each weeks (7 Nights) stay.  Reservations longer than 7 nights require an additional nights deposit. Deposits are nontransferable. 

Cancellation, Change Policy / Refunds

(As of 11/01/2017) All cancellations / changes to a reservation are subject to a 25% service fee If the cancellation / change occurs 22+ days prior to the set arrival date.  If a cancellation / change occurs within 21 days (3 weeks) of the arrival date the full deposit will be forfeited.  Altering your reservation cancels your original reservation. No refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.  A no show reservation is a cancellation and will result in a full loss of deposit.  

Needed Upon Check in

Confirmation letter (please read your confirmation letter prior to arrival) must be presented upon arrival.  Guest must pay the remaining balance upon check-in.  We will also ask for your vehicle make, model and license plate number.  We may also ask for your cell number.  Please come prepared in order to streamline the check-in process.

Age Requirements

Sorry, we do not rent to proms or persons under the age of 25.  The Aqua Beach Hotel & Beachcrest / Monarch condominiums are a family establishment and will only rent to couples & families.  You must be 25 years of age or older with a valid Credit Card / ID.  One head of household (at least) per room per family is required.  This must be a parent.  Parents who plan on checking into The Aqua Beach Hotel only to leave their kids unsupervised will result in an immediate eviction and full forfeiture of deposit / monies paid. 

Can I Request an Early Check in / Late Check out

We cannot guarantee an early check-in, however as soon as your room is ready we will be happy to call you and check you in.  We will ask for your cell number upon check-in so we may call you as soon as your room is ready.  You are more than welcome to enjoy our pool area, sun-deck and overall property while you are waiting.  We do not offer late check-outs.


Condominiums are allowed two parking spots.  All spots are assigned.  Parking is strictly enforced.  Non-registered vehicles will be ticketed by the Crest Police.  The meters in Wildwood Crest are free overnight, from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM in season.  Free parking can also be found in the residential area of Wildwood Crest. 

Can I Have Friends or Relatives Visit?

The amenities & features of condominiums are provided for registered guests only.  No unregistered guests on property.


Condominium maid service will take out trash during your stay and replentish towels every other day.  Full maid service can be provided for an additional fee.

Additional Expenses

Additional expenses may be added to your credit card for damages, abnormal wear & tear, missing room items, smoking ($250 fine), and after 10:00 AM check-out. 


Please do not prop open elevator doors as this can cause elevators to malfunction or get stuck. Instead use the OPEN button on the elevator control panel to hold the door open, but not for an extended time period. If call button is pressed accidentally, please remain on elevator to report this. 

Luggage Carts

Luggage carts are provided for owners and guests’ convenience.  Please do not take Luggage carts inside condominiums.  Please be courteous and do not take carts in advance on the evening prior to departure. Return carts to parking level after use.  

Pet Policy

Sorry, no pets allowed.  Due to health, allergies, safety and comfort of all our guests we are unable to accommodate pets.  If a guest is found to have a pet, an additional fee of $100 per day 'penalty' will be automatically added and charged to the guests credit card for each day of the stay.


Occupants shall reduce noise levels between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. so that neighbors are not disturbed. At no time are musical instruments, radios, stereos or TV's to be so loud as to create a nuisance. Violations subject to citation and/or fine by Wildwood Crest Police Dept.

Trash & Recyclables

Please do not leave trash outside units or in common areas. Please place all trash and recyclables in appropriately marked bins in your condominium, or by the west end on parking level.  Wildwood Crest recycles newspapers, magazines, paper, cardboard, cans, glass and plastic in a single stream. All recyclable items may be mixed together however, PLEASE DO NOT mix trash with recyclables. Cardboard boxes should be flattened before being placed in recycle bin.  

Condominium Pool Rules

1) The pool and spa hours vary by day of the week and throughout the season, and are posted onsite. NO Lifeguards are present. Swim at your own risk.  

2) Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.  

3) Infants are not permitted in pool without proper swim diapers.  

4) All swimmers must shower and be free of sand before entering pool and spa.  

5) No glass bottles, dishes, containers or drinking glasses are permitted in pool area.  

6) No food or drink is permitted in the pool / spa.  

7) No running in pool area / No diving or jumping into pool or spa.  

8) No boom boxes or portable radios permitted.  Please use headphones.  

9) Spa limit is 15 minutes per usage (State of New Jersey health regulation) and children under the age of 12 are not permitted.  

10) When leaving the spa, please turn off spa blowers.  

11) Pick-up and dispose of trash properly.  

12) Do not enter pool equipment areas or touch any of the equipment. 

Possible Evictions

If a problem arrises and continues even after management has spoken to guest, The Aqua Beach Hotel has every right to evict that room with a full forfeiture of deposit / monies paid.  The Aqua Beach Hotel also reserves the right to pursue legal action against anyone who violates these policies.
