When I asked to see the room, I walked in to see an exquisite botanical decorated room. Years ago, when I was about 10, our family spent several summer vacations at Wildwood Crest. Now that I have my own family, I wanted to recreate that experience for my wife and three kids. And –ok- we included my grandmother and parents who caused it all years ago.
Searching for the best resort, we found Aqua Beach. The help with reservations and preparations both on the phone and on the internet was a pleasant surprise. But, even more pleasant was that our vacation at Aqua Beach was fantastic.
Our kids enjoyed a stay that seemed made just for kids; my wife and I felt the Aqua Beach had services and events perfect for parents; my parents enjoyed the pools, the beach, the room, and the internet; and my grandmother thought the Reggae music and the beach umbrellas were just for her. Wow – something for everyone.
To top off these comments about why we like Aqua Beach – please know that based on our enthusiasm, my brother and his family have made a reservation at Aqua Beach to relive the fun and relaxation later this summer. This Aqua Beach vacation should certainly become an event.

The whole family had so much fun! We loved the pool! We enjoyed hearing the ban too! We love how the Aqua Beach is so close to the beach and boardwalk, so we can go to both without a long walk. While we were at the Aqua Beach we went to the beach with our free rental chairs and boogie boards from the hotel. After the beach we’d usually jump in the pool, we love how warm it is! Then we would usually go back to the hotel room, the air conditioned room felt so good to be in after the hot sun. Soon we’d go to the boardwalk to eat. During a July visit to Aqua Beach, I rose early and went out on the balcony to see the sunrise while my husband and daughter slept comfortably in our room. It came out majestically behind the roller coaster on one of the piers. Suddenly I filled with gratitude to be fortunate enough to be at my favorite place and see a spectacular sunrise. Aqua Beach has always been a special place for our family and that morning just reminded me again.
On a visit years ago to Wildwood Crest, we stayed at another motel recommended by a friend. We were attracted to Aqua Beach when we passed on our way to ride the tram car on the boardwalk. It had more of what we wanted including the kitchenette, pool and spa so we took a rate card and booked a room for our next visit. That visit was 10 years ago and we’ve been coming back every summer that we can.
Our teenaged daughter loves it and won’t stay anywhere else. As Philadelphians who love the Jersey shore, we think that the comfort, convenience, friendly staff and reasonable rates, make Aqua Beach the best choice. If you listen closely from the balcony you can almost hear “watch the tram car please!” during the cold winter months, we’ll sit down with the phot album reminiscing about our Aqua Beach stay and eagerly await the next summer visit!

This year we received a brochure in the mail from Aqua Beach so we decided to give it a try and thank God we did. It is 15x’s better than any of our hotel experiences in Wildwood. Aqua Beach Resort-What a location!! Staying here means a safe and short walk to the beach-you don’t have to run across a busy street. Kids can walk to the Boardwalk for food and fun. Within a stone’s throw of Aqua Beach-we have found many good restaurants-again within walking distance. The best part of this location-you don’t have to drive your car (like the other 51 weeks!) unless you want to! Our children grew up at the Aqua/Allstar & Aqua Beach Resort-How lucky are they?? We had a beautiful view of the ocean and were right on the beach. In the week we were here we had 1 rainy day, so the hot tub worked great on my back ache! This was our 3rd time here. We only vacation about every 3-4 years. But we would come back!

It was close to the beach, just close enough to the boardwalk, very clean and we received excellent maid service. Our stay was made more enjoyable because we didn’t nee to bring beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas or boogie boards since all were available for daily usage. By using the washer and dryer in the condo, we arrived home with a happy mom and no dreaded vacation laundry to tackle. We all agreed on hoping to return soon.

Although our stay at the Aqua Beach was short, notice to go to Wildwood for the Labor Day Weekend. The hotel we normally stay at required a three night stay and we could only spend two. We had stayed at the Aqua Beach before so I called. They said there was no minimum stay and they had rooms available. The price was very reasonable so I booked a room for 2 nights. When we arrived at 11:30 am, 3 hours before check-in, our room was ready and we were allowed to check-in. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Three things a mother of 3 looks for in a hotel room. The Aqua Beach was a perfect fit for our family. It is close to the beach, offers beautiful views, is steps away from the boardwalk and has a great pool. The Aqua Beach is a 1st class hotel. The staff did not care that we only booked 2 nights. I think, as a family, our new Wildwood hotel of choice is the Aqua Beach. Thank you!

When I stayed with my family at the Aqua Beach Hotel, it truly was a spectacular place, the room was clean and very fresh. We thought it was great how we did not even have to bring down extra stuff like towels, beach chairs, umbrella’s what hotel would do that, we were so impressed. It was so wonderful waking up every morning to the beautiful sun, beaming in our room, not to mention the convenience of the beach right across the street; your pool is another thing we have to rave about, how extremely clean and great size you have very hard workers here and it truly shows. Every year in September we have had a get-away, for the past 10 years. There are usually 5 of us but it varies. No, we are not desperate housewives but if we were this is where we would come. It is the most relaxing place I have ever been. I love the coffee shop, so close for breakfast; love your pool, i.e. clean, spacious heated; love the fact we can see the ocean from our balconies. We have coffee there in the morning and watch the sunrise. Most of all the employees. They are so friendly and thorogh when cleaning the rooms. I love the Aqua Beach.

Very spacious rooms and family oriented; along with the pool separations great for when we bring my grand daughter like this time. The Aqua Beach is our most favorite place to stay at the shore. Centrally located, close to the boardwalk and right on the beach. It is a well maintained and clean resort. Walking distance to all the attractions and fine dining establishments. We have been coming here for the last fifteen years and never have been disappointed during our stay. “Keep up the good work”
Trenton, NJ The weather wasn’t so good but the stay at the motel made of vacation a lot better.
Little Egg Harbor, NJ We had the Sensational 60s package and we were delighted with the great seats we had. Our room was very clean and our maid was exceptionally nice. The coffee shop (their first year) was much more improved over last year. The staff was friendly and courteous. This is our 10th year at Aqua Beach and as always it’s a good experience. Being so close to the boardwalk made our stay even better. W love this place.

For the second year in a row my family stayed at the Aqua Beach . We were in wildwood for the Special Olympic Basketball Tournament. We truly enjoyed our accommodations. The condo was clean and housekeeping service was excellent. We are certainly going to be back next summer.
